All orders are subject to acceptance by Sales Book Awards. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, although changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for corporate accounts.
We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes three to five working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Free delivery may be offered on orders above certain thresholds as advertised.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Our returns and refunds policy is detailed in our separate Refund Policy. In summary, you have 30 days from receipt to return products in their original condition for a refund.
