At Sales Book Awards, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process.
2. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any product for a full refund. This applies to all books purchased through our website, whether physical or as part of a subscription service.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, products must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition
- Books must be undamaged with no writing, highlighting, or markings
- Original packaging should be intact where applicable
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or receipt)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or practical reasons:
- Digital products or downloads
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Books that have been damaged after delivery
5. How to Return an Item

- Receive your return authorisation and instructions
- Securely pack the item(s) for return shipment
- Send the item(s) to the address provided
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover all return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Damaged in Transit: We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange collection
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
- Your refund will be processed within five to seven working days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- You will receive email notification when the refund has been processed
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
8. Exchanges
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately if you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong item
- A defective product
9. Late or Missing Refunds

For monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Partial month refunds are not provided
- Books received as part of a subscription may be returned following standard return procedures
